The Listing Regime introduced last year has created a new type of listing for UK Official List companies and changed the requirements for many foreign listed companies.

This course examines the requirements for a Premium and a Standard Listing, and compares them to those of an AIM quotation. It also examines a number of other changes have recently been introduced including the new mineral company rules.

Whilst all of this regulation applies to the Main Market, many rules also affect AIM and PLUS Markets quoted companies.
