In 2010, a new Listing Regime became effective in the UK, introducing the possibility for UK companies of having a Standard Listing.

This course looks at the financial reporting assignments a reporting accountant has in Premium, Standard and AIM listings. It examines the financial reporting requirements of the Prospectus Rules, CESR’s recommendations and the listing rules for AIM and the Official List.

In addition to the public reporting assignments on historical financial information, profit forecasts and pro forma financial information, the course looks at the situations where private reporting assignments and comfort letters are given..

The course should be attended by those involved in Reporting Accountants’ work on Investment Circulars and those responsible for preparing financial information for the circulars.
