You are permitted to use this material only if authorised by Us and the relevant Licensors in writing.

We reserve the right to vary the Chargeable Services and do not guarantee that a chargeable services will remain chargeable or that a free-of-charge service will remain free-of-charge.

THIRD PARTY RIGHTS

Except insofar as the Terms expressly provide that a third party may in his own right enforce a term of the Terms,  person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to rely upon or enforce any term of the Terms but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from under that Act.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

1. The Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England.
2. Disputes arising in connection with the Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

ADDITIONAL EVENTS SEEKERS TERMS 

1. www.financialveritas.com is a platform where you are able to purchase the products and services of selected Events Providers subscribing to the website.
2. Financial Veritas Limited will sell products and services to you through the www.financialveritas.com website subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these conditions carefully before using this website. By using the Financialveritas.com website you signify your agreement to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. All Intellectual Property associated with the Events’ Materials remains the property of the Event Provider.
2. The Client shall indemnify Financial Veritas and keep Financial Veritas fully and effectively indemnified against all claims or actions brought against Financial Veritas by the Events Provider for infringement of any copyright in the Event Materials or any Intellectual Property right belonging to the Event Provider or breach of any obligations owed by the Client to the Event Provider pursuant to the Event Provider's terms and conditions for the supply of the Event.

Quality of Service Provision

1. In using the www.financialveritas.com website you fully accept and understand that this is a portal to third party Events providers.
2. Whilst We continuously monitor the excellence of events being delivered by appointed Events Providers, we can not directly assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products and services of providers and any other third-parties.
3. However We will endeavor to assist, investigate and resolve any quality issues arising from the use of our website.
4. In case you feel that the quality of services or products you recieved from any Event Provider did not match your expectations please let Us know and we will investigate into your claim and endevour to resolve it.
   

EVENT INFORMATION

1. Information relating to events is carefully monitored for accuracy, errors or omissions. However, We cannot be held responsible for any errors or inacuracies in this information, including but not limited to Providers claims of Approvals and Accreditations.
2. Please note that in most cases Events are non-residential unless explicitly stated in the course overview or course description.
3. Refreshments and a light lunch are typically provided on full day events, but this may vary from event to event.
4. Events start times are typically between 08:30 and 09:30, but will be confirmed in joining instructions sent by the Events Provider. If unsure  please contact Us.
5. If unsure related to any of the events' terms or information please contact Us.

EVENTS REQUIREMENTS

1. Some events may have very specific prerequisites or terms and conditions for bookings and registrations.
   
2. For events being held at venues provided by you (In-House courses/Own venue courses) there might also be specific prerequisites, such as venue requirements and standards, maximum delegate numbers or requirements for you to supply equipment or materials for the event.
3. If you have any special condition that We or the Event Provider should take to consideration or if you are unsure regarding anything please contact Us in writing for clarifications.
   

Please ensure to advise us of any changes to your contact details. We will not be held liable to damages incurring from our inability to contact you. 

EVENTS REGISTRATIONS AND CONFIRMATIONS

1. check availability and will inform you the status of the Event and your booking.
2. provide you with the terms and conditions for the event
3. provide you with details on how to pay and secure a seat for the event
4. provide you all the information you will need at that stage
5. If you have any issues with the Event’s specific terms and conditions please raise them within 24 hours of the event’s confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULES AND COURSE TRANSFER POLICY

1. In some occasions Events Providers may need to cancel or reschedule events.
2. Should an event be cancelled, after you paid and secured a seat, for any reason you will be reimbursed, by the relevant Event Providers, to the full value of event costs, VAT and card fees paid, unless an Event reschedule is acceptable and agreed between You and the Event Provider.
3. The Event seeker acknowledges that any claim or other right of action which it may have in relation to such contractual arrangements or the performance of obligations will only be against the Event Provider and not Financial Veritas Ltd.
4. In any case You feel the service you received by the Event Provider did not match your expectations please let Us know and we will investigate the issues you raised.
   

• For cancelling more than 21 working days before Event Start Date You will be charged 25% of event’s fees
• For cancelling between 11 and 20 working days before Event Start Date you will be charged 50% of event’s fees.
• For cancelling less than 10 working days before Event Start Date you will be charged full event’s fees.

LIABILITY  

1. In using the www.financialveritas.com website you fully accept and understand that Financial Veritas Limited continuously monitors the excellence of events being provided by the Events Providers.
2. We can not directly assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products and services of providers and any other third-party.
3. We will, however, endeavour to monitor their quality and resolve any quality issues arising from the use of our website to book your events.

VAT, CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD FEES 

1. Please note that prices presented on the website are without VAT.
2. VAT, Credit and Debit Card fees may be charged, where applicable, to the customer in addition to the basic course costs stated on the website.
